Kinesio Tape In Sports

Taping is not new to sports, but since the 2008 Olympics, Kinesio Taping has gained attention. Some taping may overlap but it is not layered. The tape can remain in place for 3-5 days. It doesn’t have to be removed for showering. There is waterproof tape available for use on hands and feet.
